Today was a stepladder workout. You increased by 2s for each round. I got up to 14 reps in the last round, I didn't quite finish all of the last move though. It felt really good to get in a workout after a weekend of running around like crazy!

Today was Special Ops: Resistance. I was able to complete more of the workout. I modified the California Rolls to a plank walk between the jumps due to large bruises on my elbows from last week. Still a huge workout and arm workout doing plank walks. I was able to do about half of the high low boats regular and half modified. This workout is just a fun one for me.
Today was a Tabata workout. This was a good one, definitely a shoulder burner! Air squats, knees to elbows, mountain climbers and push-ups made up this tough workout. I can definitely see improvement the more I work. I love getting up and getting these Transform App workouts done in the morning.
We did Cardio 3 and Core 2 today. I am having an energy levels issue this week due to hormones but I did as much as my body would allow and marched in place when the energy ran out. I was able to complete more of Core 2 today than the last time I did it. My abs are on fire! I guarantee my legs will be on fire tomorrow after those drop lunges.
We did Resistance 3 today. I still have a hard time with puddle jumpers, the jumping lunges and mountain squats are just evil. I alternated between 5 pound and 8 pound weights depending on what I was doing. I was able to hold onto the weight the whole time during the mountain squats today. I did have to limit my jumping lunges and just do the shoulder press to avoid knee injury. I am glad this one challenges me so much because I feel like I have someone to progress to.
Today was a Rounds for Time workout. Only 3 rounds but I was sure out of breath by the end of it. High knees, leg levers and burpees made up this short but effective workout.
Today was Special Ops: Cardio and Core 2. This was the first time we have done Core 2. The increase in reps was definitely challenging. I was not able to complete all of them but I definitely did more than Core 1. Better every day.
Today was an AMRAP workout. I turned off my alarm and had to get it in tonight. I definitely prefer getting some working out done in the morning. Doing these workouts with a 2 year old running around was INSANE! Commander push-ups, bridge ups and jumping jacks made us this workout!
Today was Resistance 2. I was able to do everything with 8 pound weights except for the jump squats. I still seem to be having issues with the jump squats. I was able to do about five at a time and then rest for about five but other than that I was able to do the rest of the work out just fine. I am a hot sweaty mess. Still loving this program.
Today was Special Ops: Cardio and Core 1. My elbows are really bruised from plank rolls 2 days ago and then California Rolls yesterday so o skipped the Plank Rolls during today's workout. I also got in a 1.77 mile walk after my workouts to get more steps in. My legs are super sore from this week so I feel like with less sore legs I could have done more of the workout but it was definitely a challenge!
