Today was Special Ops: Cardio and Core 1. My elbows are really bruised from plank rolls 2 days ago and then California Rolls yesterday so o skipped the Plank Rolls during today's workout. I also got in a 1.77 mile walk after my workouts to get more steps in. My legs are super sore from this week so I feel like with less sore legs I could have done more of the workout but it was definitely a challenge!
