22 Minute Hard Corps Round 1 Day 33

Today was Special Ops: Resistance. I was able to complete more of the workout. I modified the California Rolls to a plank walk between the jumps due to large bruises on my elbows from last week. Still a huge workout and arm workout doing plank walks. I was able to do about half of the high low boats regular and half modified. This workout is just a fun one for me.
