We did Resistance 3 today. I still have a hard time with puddle jumpers, the jumping lunges and mountain squats are just evil. I alternated between 5 pound and 8 pound weights depending on what I was doing. I was able to hold onto the weight the whole time during the mountain squats today. I did have to limit my jumping lunges and just do the shoulder press to avoid knee injury. I am glad this one challenges me so much because I feel like I have someone to progress to.
