This week my elliptical broke, I started walking in place instead. Unfortunately I started walking on the balls of my feet and my calves developed a pretty good cramp, for this reason I took a break from my Cize and T25 workouts and started walking like a normal person in place (Haha!). I was still able to lose some weight by sticking to my diet but I could have lost more (hopefully) had I been working out too. Here’s to next week!
