This week I was still struggling with a cramp in my calf. I am assuming it was from Cize. Also, I am fighting a cold. I opted for completing just Cize this week and I think I will be dropping my second workout from now on. My body responded by dropping the weight I knew I could. I guess I’m just not cut out for two full workouts plus all the stepping. Oh well, I’ll live 🙂
