This week I had a really hard time getting through my T25 workouts. I decided I would give myself this week to drop those and start again on Monday. Technically since I do triple workouts it’s not too bad to drop one every once in a while (I hope!). I did continue to spend my time on the elliptical, which I use to make up for the fact that I work a desk job, and I also continued my Country Heat workouts. Overall, this week was really good but my weight loss definitely suffered from the lack of extra calorie burn. Back at it next week!
