Today was Resistance 2. I am still a little sore from yesterday but I was able to complete this workout with minimal modification. We do not have a pull-up bar so I have to modify all of the workouts that require one. I very much enjoy the short time on these workouts but I always feel like I get a great workout. Push Pulls were definitely working my sore back. I made extra sure that I did this with correct form to avoid a serious injury. I may need some Ibuprofen after tonight but, it will all get better.
