Another week has passed. I did really well sticking to my diet over the weekend, I did eat a bowl of ice cream on Sunday but, I kept it to one! It was national ice cream day! The rest of the week I stuck to the plan. I was able to eat everything I needed to except avocado yesterday because they had gone bad. I am ALMOST in the 160’s. I can’t wait to finally get there! This week’s goal will be to make it there!
