Today was Cardio 1 and Special Ops: Core. This core workout kicked my butt again!
During Cardio 1 I can do most of the exercises as is and only have to modify the burpees. I have trouble catching my breath when trying to do so many burpees in a row. Modifying this move allows me to be able to complete all of the reps.
Special Ops: Core has some crazy new core exercises I have never seen before. It allows my abs a challenge that I enjoy doing.
Overall, I love that all of these workouts are so short, all of the Cardio and Resistance workouts are 22 minutes, including the cool down, the Core workouts range from 10-16 minutes. I love that Beachbody has figured out that you don’t have to workout for hours a day to get a good workout!
