Sore Abs

You ever just get that feeling like your workouts are getting too easy? Usually about halfway through any program that’s how I feel.

At the beginning of every program my body is sore. My muscles feel challenged. I feel like it is really making a difference. Unfortunately, this soreness usually results in a slight weight gain during the first week. It has happened with every program I have started.

Last week I started 22 Minute Hard Corps. I feel challenged again. I feel like my abs are really benefiting from the extra core workouts. I feel like I am using my core muscles in new ways. There are all kinds of different crunches and core exercises that make me excited to get ready to overcome. I also love that my routine switches up every week. There are multiple workouts for each type of workout, I’m not repeating the same 2-5 workouts over and over for a month. I am constantly getting a new change. I am always excited for a new program and this one is no different.
