Today was Resistance 1. I have a strong appreciation for any workout that expects me to complete several rounds that include a lot of push-ups. I skipped push-ups for much of my journey so, now I have issues getting them completed. I am working on this but, it requires me to modify so I can finish the set. I used 8 pound weights today which was slightly hard during the squat thrusts but seem to really challenge me. The 5 pound weights I used last week left me without feeling like I had done much of a workout. I am very glad to have access to the Beachbody On Demand workouts. I love that I can access all of the workouts for under $100 for a year!
