The Transform App Weight Loss Level 2 Day 31

Today was a Rounds for Time workout. Those Burpees are no joke! I ended up doing the modifier of squat thrusts for the last 2 rounds, those are no joke either! I am so glad to be seeing progress in my workouts. I still do a lot of the push-up type activities from my knees but since I skipped push-ups for so long I’m still building my arms. I do not skip any of the workouts now. I may have to pause and take a break for a minute but all of my reps get done now!
