I literally gained 7 pounds over the course of my birthday last weekend. I made sure to stick to the plan this week and I am going to be switching to almost no cheat meals except for special occasions (not just a weekend). Today I plan on switching up my food and doing a taco salad but no shell, replacing sour cream with greek yogurt, and salsa instead of taco seasoning (too much salt). This week I made it into the Beta round of T25. I have really been enjoying this program! I have decided to stick with the modifier for the time being since my knees are still not doing well after my Insanity injury. The modifier is still very difficult she just offers a low impact alternative. This week was mostly about losing the birthday weight but I did lose some weight this week!
