This week I did well with my workouts. I added my doubles back in which I really enjoyed. Also, I stuck to my diet most days. My fatal flaw and most likely the reason I did not lose any weight this week is because I ate pizza on Wednesday. This was a dumb idea. If I want to make it to my goals I need to stop sabotaging myself and just stick with the plan. It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change, and until I get where I want to go I need to stick with it as closely as possible. Next weekend is my birthday so I know I’ll be indulging, but it’s only one weekend and then back at the grind!
