I have been doubling up workouts this week with Cize and T25. I have really been enjoying it. My body just needed a little more push, especially in my arms! The workouts for T25 are a lot harder than Cize but, I have been doing what I can to keep up. This week my goal is to try to complete the entire workouts, even if that means moving a little slower. I had some good weight loss progress this week and I can’t wait to see how the progress continues.
