Started off my morning with some fasted cardio. Walking makes me happy in the morning. It was a chilly 27 degrees out this morning.
Then it was time to break my fast with some protein pancakes. I really enjoy these.
Then it was time for a morning snack. Today was some BBQ Chicken and Sweet Potato.
For lunch I had some banana chips and almond butter, because it sounded delicious and fit my macros.
Then my afternoon snack was some Chris + Heidi Chocolate Low Carb Meal Replacement shake with banana, and peanut butter and a Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie.
I somehow managed to tweak my back yesterday so I only did the cardio portion of my core and cardio.
And for dinner I enjoyed some Spinach and Cheese Omelet.
