This week I did well with my plan until yesterday. I did have a couple of migraines this week but neither cause me to go off plan. I did have to swap out one of my workouts due to one. I did however still complete a workout, just one at a lower intensity. I had some extreme cravings for Chinese food last night so we went and got some. I have not had any cravings for a while so I figured if they’re only going to hit once every couple of months I should probably just eat it and get it over with so I could stop thinking about it.
