Well, it’s the weekend before shark week for me which is causing some bloating and weight gain. I stuck to my plan this week, ate my food, and did all of my workouts. I am getting ready for my Saturday morning walk. I will not let a weight gain get me down. I cannot control this weight gain and I will move forward for a loss next week. Hopefully I’ll be in the 160’s!
