Today was an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible), that was 10 minutes long. The exercises were 10 mountain climbers, 20 high knees and 30 air squats. I was able to complete 4 rounds completely and the 5th I got all but 14 squats done. I really enjoy these workouts. The moves are easy to learn, easy to do (for the most part), and usually fairly short workouts. For the rest of the day I have my steps to get in, and I have my other workout this evening. On to another good day!
