Dance Level 1 Week 10

I keep forgetting to take pictures. I just finished week 10 of phase 1 of the dance program. I love the program!

This week was crazy everywhere. I was able to control my eating and stay to my plan for the week. I was also able to lose 1 pound this week!

The top pictures are from the beginning of January. The bottom pictures are from today. I am definitely losing in the stomach area. Super excited to be moving in the right direction and will be keeping on the plan!
