Dance Phase 1 Week 9

It’s been a week. It was a weight loss week for me this week. I also started back up my dance workouts after taking a brief break with the brother in law in town. A little anxious due to everything going on but dancing definitely helps!

This next week I had to modify my normal repeat meals a little due to not being able to find any kind of ground beef. Luckily when the brother in law came he brought some ground venison, which as it so happens is actually pretty good with my dinner meal.

My body has finally decided to work with the losing weight and I was finally able to lose some weight. There’s not a lot you can control at this time but how you eat and move your body are 2 things that you can definitely control! That’s what I keep telling myself and hopefully it helps someone else.

Down 1.8 pounds this week! It feels really good to make such good progress. On to another week!
