Well, weight stayed the same this week. My body is doing something funky and I hope it figures itself out soon 😂 lots of bloating and allergies galore! 🙄 BUT I hit my macro goals every day!
This coming week is another maintenance week for me, starting next Saturday going back to the single reset meal which seemed to work well for me.
Brother in law is in town this week so the maintenance week fell at a really good time.
I’m gonna give this plan I’m on till the end of April to start doing SOMETHING progress wise, that’ll be about 2 1/2 months. I had to get honest with myself about my reset day last week, it could have been better. It WILL be better going forward. Consistency is 🔑 right now. I’m not so concerned that the weight isn’t dropping. I am way more happy that I have been consistent and not binging often.
That’s about all the update I’ve got.
