Dance Phase 1 Week 5

Another week done! It was also my 30 day weigh in for the 90 day challenge. I was still getting over being sick this week so the weight gain I expected last week ended up happening this week. Not a lot, I just managed to gain back the weight I lost last week. Overall, since January 4th I have managed to lose 8.2 pounds which is incredible!

I will continue doing what I am doing. I am off all cold remedies as of today so I will be starting this next week with nothing causing me to bloat. We shall see what happens!

I am still LOVING the dance workouts. I love that each week builds on the week before. It takes me almost the entire week to master the new song but usually by day 5 I’ve got it down pretty good. As for how good I look doing it, I love doing it and no one watches me so who cares what it looks like.
