23 days into the new year. I am still 100% for hitting my goals. January is no excuses for hitting my calories for each day. Plus getting 6 workouts in a week and hitting my step goals. It’s nice to finally not be making excuses. Last year there were a lot. Mostly like “hey I don’t really need to do 5 workouts this week, I’ll just hit 4” type excuses. Either way. I’m back at it and feeling great. And a little sore.
