This week my back is almost 100%. It is good enough where I felt like I could get back to working out this week. You know what? I was fine!

I made sure to take my weight training slow and really focus on form. I made sure that I did not use a weight that was too heavy and going to cause me to round my back. I have also been sending some videos of my workouts to a friend that is letting me know where I can correct my form.

I have also gone back to the macros I was using the week I lost 4.4 pounds. I am seeing if maybe this will get me some more results. I love getting to text and experiment and see what happens.

Ultimately, The Transform App gives me so much flexibility to do what I want. Follow an app nutrition plan, follow a custom plan, lose weight, maintain weight, gain weight, body weight exercises, gym workouts, cross training. It’s all there. Whatever you could possibly want, you can get.
