Started off my morning with some fasted walking.

Then time for some protein pancakes.

Snack was some bbq chicken and sweet potato.

Then lunch was some chicken, broccoli and rice.

Afternoon snack was some chocolate Chris + Heidi low carb meal replacement shake.

I got my cross Training Lower Body workout done.

And then some chicken salad wraps for dinner.
