Started off my morning with some fasted walking.

Then some protein pancakes.

And then it was time for some grocery shopping.

Had a snack of some chicken salad wraps.

Then some turkey burger bowl for lunch.

Some Chris + Heidi vanilla shake for afternoon snack.

And then I did some walking/running in place.

And some spinach & cheese omelet for dinner.
