Started off my morning with some fasted cardio in the form of walking.

Then I had some protein pancakes for breakfast.

And a snack with some bbq chicken and sweet potato.

Lunch was some almond butter and banana chips.

And some Chris + Heidi chocolate low carb meal replacement shake with powdered peanut butter and banana and a quest double chocolate chip cookie.

And some spinach and cheese omelet for dinner.
