Started off my morning with a migraine so I did not get any fasted cardio done.

My breakfast was some protein pancakes.

Then some Greek yogurt, chocolate eat the bear and birthday cake buff Bake.

Lunch was some turkey burger bowl.

Then some Chris + Heidi vanilla low carb meal replacement shake and almonds.

Then for dinner a spinach and cheese omelet.

Very much did not like not getting my fasted cardio in so hopefully no migraine tomorrow. And I have a lot of steps to make up before I can go to bed.
