Ideally I would like to post every Friday with an update as to what my progress is. Not saying it will always be a long post but at least like measurements and pictures.
This week I did really well with the eating until yesterday, I ate cornbread and chili for lunch. Not exactly the best choice but oh well! Tonight we are going on a date night so that will not be good either. Anyways, measurements as follows:
Weight 221.4 (Down 1 Pound)
Body Fat % 44.3 (Down .7%)
Inches 257.25 (Up 6.25 due to faulty thigh measurements before)
