Today was Special Ops: Resistance. First were flange push-ups which I did have to modify. Then I was able to do the real move for all the other moves until you got to the California rolls. With the California rolls I was only able to do about half of them because my elbows ended up getting bruised. I also don't have a pull-up bar so I have to modify anything with the pull-up bar. I was able to do the High low boats about half not modified and half modified. I'm very impressed with how my strength seems to be improving, especially in my core. I'm almost done with week for I can't wait to see how the next four weeks improve.

Today was a chipper workout. It was 30 burpees, I did about 15 and then switched to the alternate of squat thrusts, then 40 hollow rocks, and 50 back lunges on each leg. I always break these up into more manageable numbers like 5, or 10 until I finish the whole thing. That’s the way these chippers are supposed to be, chip away at the large number until it is all done. Overall it was a challenging workout and my abs and legs are going to be sore!
