Oh my abs! I have never seen a workout during this body sculpting program that has done so much with my abs!
I started off my morning with the Hot Quinoa Cereal with Fruit. I was trying to use up the last of my Strawberries. This meal is yummy for breakfast.
Then it was time for my Back, Biceps and Core workout. And wow, did my abs feel it. In fact, they were feeling it for two more days!
Morning snack was the Protein Shake and Granola Bars, simple and delicious. I have also been adding a Tablespoon of Psyllium Husk into my shakes.
Lunch was the Teriyaki Chicken. I am going to make sure to add some stir fry veggies to this next week to add more bulk.
Afternoon snack was the Blueberry Vanilla Parfait, another one where I am trying to use up the cottage cheese and granola. I do love this one so I’ll be continuing to eat it on high carb days.
And finally, for dinner while I have been at VBS I have been enjoying the Cobb Salad with Sweet Mustard Dressing.
