Body Sculpting Level 3 Day 11

Oh my abs! I have never seen a workout during this body sculpting program that has done so much with my abs!

I started off my morning with the Hot Quinoa Cereal with Fruit. I was trying to use up the last of my Strawberries. This meal is yummy for breakfast.

Then it was time for my Back, Biceps and Core workout. And wow, did my abs feel it. In fact, they were feeling it for two more days!

Morning snack was the Protein Shake and Granola Bars, simple and delicious. I have also been adding a Tablespoon of Psyllium Husk into my shakes.

Lunch was the Teriyaki Chicken. I am going to make sure to add some stir fry veggies to this next week to add more bulk.

Afternoon snack was the Blueberry Vanilla Parfait, another one where I am trying to use up the cottage cheese and granola. I do love this one so I’ll be continuing to eat it on high carb days.

And finally, for dinner while I have been at VBS I have been enjoying the Cobb Salad with Sweet Mustard Dressing.

Body Sculpting Level 3 Day 10

Today was a good day for me. It start off with some Chocolate Peanut Butter Quinoa.2018-06-06 06.48.10

Then I went for a run. It was a 20 minute run today which equals about 2 miles or 2 laps around my block. 2018-06-06 08.37.09.jpg

For my morning snack I had some granola bars and protein shake. I am enjoying the Nature Valley Fruit & Nut bars right now. I also LOVE my Optimum Nutrition shakes. So yummy!

I had the Teriyaki 2018-06-06 13.03.38.jpgChicken for my lunch. This week I started using a no preservative Teriyaki sauce which seems to have helped with the munchies I had been getting after this meal. It’s a really easy one to make as it only has chicken, brown rice, and teriyaki sauce. I have also added some stir fry vegetables in the past, I just forgot to buy them.

After lunch2018-06-06 14.08.09.jpg I had to get my Transform App Leg workout done. It was a lot of lunges so I had to be careful with my knee that causes me problems. I have really been pushing myself to get the correct moves done even if I have to modify to not use weight.

Afternoon Snack was some Cookies and Cream Parfait, Greek yogurt, protein powder, Walden Farms chocolate syrup and Oreo’s. Super yummy and macro friendly!2018-06-06 15.09.19.jpg

I made sure to pack my dinner to take with me to VBS. This week I am enjoying the Cobb Salad with Mustard Dressing. I do not like to add the stevia, I enjoy the tart taste of the mustard dressing.

I also made sure to get all my steps in for the day so I can win my StepBet!

22 Minute Hard Corps Round 1 Day 40

Special Ops: Resistance. California rolls are there to kill you! I have learned to modify with a plank walk instead of plank rolls. I don’t have a good mat to use to roll on and had bruises for a week the last time I did it on the tile floor. This workout definitely challenges me! Also, my hubby did this one with me.
