August 13th, 2016 Check In Day

This week was different. I did the 3 Day Refresh which caused me to lose a bunch of weight quickly. I also managed to gain most of it back just by going back to my normal diet. Maintaining the loss from a completely carb-less plan was not sustainable for me. I also am not completely back to doubles, I did not pay attention to the note that said you should stop your insane workout routine 2 days prior to starting the refresh so my afterburn was so bad I was exhausted for the 3 days of the plan and an extra day. I have added back in Cize at this point but I will be adding T25 back in on Monday. I learned my lesson! Follow all the rules!

August 6th, 2016 Check In Day

Today marks my 1 year fitaversary! In 1 year I have lost 29 pounds and 20 inches! I hope the next year I am able to lose even more!

This week was no excuses week. I had one day where my body was telling me it was time to slow down so I only did my Cize routine and rested up a little. I am really enjoying these doubles and I can’t wait to see what else happens!

I ate so much junk last weekend that I spent the entire week just trying to lose all those calories. I have a plan for this weekend that includes 1 cheat meal that is decently healthy and then I will be doing a 3 day refresh Sunday-Tuesday. This week’s results below.
