This week was different. I did the 3 Day Refresh which caused me to lose a bunch of weight quickly. I also managed to gain most of it back just by going back to my normal diet. Maintaining the loss from a completely carb-less plan was not sustainable for me. I also am not completely back to doubles, I did not pay attention to the note that said you should stop your insane workout routine 2 days prior to starting the refresh so my afterburn was so bad I was exhausted for the 3 days of the plan and an extra day. I have added back in Cize at this point but I will be adding T25 back in on Monday. I learned my lesson! Follow all the rules!
