This week was week 3 of Core De Force. I enjoyed the workouts very much! I am still having issues making it through all of the combinations and spikes but I make sure that I do get the combination parts done. I was also dealing with some lower back pain earlier in the week so, I did miss one workout to make sure I didn’t injure it anymore. Otherwise, I continued doing my workouts just modified so as not to injure my back.
This week my husband also started working out. He is doing 22 Minute Hard Corps and has completed 5 days so far! We are both preparing for a cruise we will be taking in August so, we have some time to get there. I cannot wait to see how much weight can come off if we focus!
