January 21st, 2017 Check In Day

This week was week 3 of Core De Force. I enjoyed the workouts very much! I am still having issues making it through all of the combinations and spikes but I make sure that I do get the combination parts done. I was also dealing with some lower back pain earlier in the week so, I did miss one workout to make sure I didn’t injure it anymore. Otherwise, I continued doing my workouts just modified so as not to injure my back.

This week my husband also started working out. He is doing 22 Minute Hard Corps and has completed 5 days so far! We are both preparing for a cruise we will be taking in August so, we have some time to get there. I cannot wait to see how much weight can come off if we focus!

January 14th, 2017 Check In Day

Well, I am at the end of week 2 in Core De Force. I am loving it still! The workouts change it up enough to keep me interested and there is a huge variety of videos. Dynamic Strength still kicks my butt though! I did have an easier time this week with some of the workouts after having last week under my belt. For most of the workouts I am still having difficulty with stamina but, I know this will improve with time. Maybe next go round I will focus on not having to sit out for some of the spikes. Next week I am adding in a fruit and healthy fat per the diet for the program. I am hoping to continue to great weight loss and keep on rolling! We officially booked our cruise for the end of August/beginning of September so I have some time to lose these last pesky 43 pounds. Jonathan will be starting on Monday to workouts. I convinced him to follow a video program so he gets a well rounded workout, and we won’t have to buy a ton of extra equipment. Let’s see how this goes…

January 7th, 2017 Check In Day

This week I started Core De Force. I LOVE IT! The only issue I have is the fact I took 2 weeks off and my whole body is regretting that decision. Everything is sore! I have done all of the workouts so far, I did back off a little bit on some, not wanting to overdo it on my already sore muscles. I seem to have lost all of my Christmas weight and I am back in the 195’s. I am so ready to finally break out of this plateau! I seem to have gained some in my arms due to all of those pushups. Otherwise I just went back down to my pre-holiday size.

December 17th, 2016 Check In Day

This week I did really well sticking to the workouts. I guess this program just doesn’t do a whole lot for me as far as weight loss. On the Sweat and Ab days I can seem to lose weight but then put it back on during the Sculpt days. Since I am already down 56 pounds I guess my body is just focusing on fat loss and muscle building and not losing pounds. Oh well, I still love this program and I can tell my strength is improving. I have one more week of B round and then to round C!

December 10th, 2016 Check In Day

Well, this week I had too many cheat meals, I made cookies for a church get together and ended up gaining 5 pounds over the weekend. Then, my mom’s birthday was on Tuesday and we had sushi and Carlo’s Bakery Cake (totally no calories…I promise). Due to all of this I ended up gaining weight this week, I feel like there is still some bloating left over from all of the bad food. I did really well with all my workouts this week, the only one that I missed was Tuesday’s for the birthday and I still got my steps in. Next week I will be focusing on getting back down to and hopefully below 195!

December 3rd, 2016 Check In Day

This week I did well for my diet. I was not able to do my workout on Tuesday but I did still get my steps in. Also, yesterday I did my workout while watching TV. Unfortunately my weight loss has been stuck in the 195 range for a while. Time to tighten up that diet and hope to get under that this week!

November 26th, 2016 Check In Day

This week was full of holiday dinners and barely time to work out between cooking. I managed to get all of my workouts in except on Thanksgiving, I will have to make up my steps for Pact and StepBet on Sunday but steps were so not happening after all that food! It appears I lost all of my bloating from last weeks starting workouts up again. Also, I tried a new protein shake that was DELICIOUS! I had been having some upset stomach issues after drinking my protein shake, it might have been because I drank it RIGHT AFTER working out. Whatever the case, I’ll push back my shake drinking time and drink this yummy Cinnamon Roll shake and call it a day!

Next week I start on B round with P90, still loving Tony Horton, let’s see what he has in store this month!

November 19th, 2016 Check In Day

This week I got back on track with my diet and exercise. I had a birthday party in the middle of the week which contributed to some weight gain. Also, I think my body was freaking out being back to a workout routine besides walking. I am excited to be getting into my last week of A round in P90. Ready for that round B to start after Thanksgiving!

November 12th, 2016 Check In Day

This week was hard, I am dealing with some stress to my feet. I’m not sure what it is but it seems to be getting better. It was really hard to not be able to do my workouts all week. I will be getting back to them on Monday. I also have the Blacklight Run tonight. I am super excited about that! Due to having to rest all week my stats are not super but I did see some weight loss this week. I also made sure to follow my diet and it seems to be working.

November 5th, 2016 Check In Day

So, I ate WAY too much last weekend. I had 2 cheat meals that unfortunately went way unchecked. I am still 1.2 pounds away from being down to what I was last week. I have been doing good this week, I have gotten back on track and started P90. I am totally in love with Tony Horton! He explains the moves really well with the little intro videos during the Sculpt Day and Sweat it just fun!
